1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 10jl ("10jl," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 10jl website located at https://10jl.org and all associated services, games, and features (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by 10jl, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of this agreement.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an account on the 10jl Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gaming regulations applicable to online casino-style gambling.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 10jl, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the 10jl Platform or any other gaming platform operated under the same regulatory framework.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process.

Each individual is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. 10jl reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances associated with them.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration remains accurate and up to date. Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in account suspension pending verification.

3 Account Verification and KYC

10jl is required by applicable regulations to implement Know Your Customer ("KYC") procedures. As part of these procedures, 10jl may request that you provide documentation to verify your identity, age, address, and source of funds at any time, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, UMID).
• Proof of address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months).
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of GCash or PayMaya account showing your registered name).
• Source of funds documentation where required by anti-money laundering regulations.

10jl reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and restrict account functionality pending the completion of KYC verification. Accounts that fail to complete verification within a reasonable period may be closed and any remaining balance returned to the verified payment method on file, subject to applicable deductions.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

10jl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following approved payment methods for Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank, and debit cards issued by Philippine banks.

The following payment methods are not accepted on the 10jl Platform: cryptocurrency of any kind (including but not limited to Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, and any other digital asset), and credit cards for gambling deposit purposes, in compliance with current Philippine payment regulations.

All deposits are credited to your 10jl account in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified in the Platform's payment information section, subject to completion of KYC verification.

10jl does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees. 10jl is not responsible for fees charged by third-party payment processors.

All funds deposited into your 10jl account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and return of funds.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

10jl offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 10jl reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be specified in the promotion terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously may result in forfeiture of all associated bonus funds.
• 10jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system, including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or other fraudulent means, will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus and associated winnings.

6 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the 10jl Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

10jl uses certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") technology for its electronic games and employs licensed live dealer studios for its live casino offerings. The integrity of all games is subject to independent testing and certification by recognized gaming testing laboratories.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, 10jl's decision regarding the outcome of the affected game round shall be final. 10jl will not be liable for losses resulting from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, use automated betting software (bots), or engage in any form of cheating is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 10jl Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering an account if you are under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software or infrastructure.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 10jl staff or other players.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the 10jl Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user interface elements, is the property of 10jl or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 10jl.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 10jl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

10jl's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 10jl account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 10jl's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

10 Privacy and Data Protection

10jl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

10jl implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and 10jl cannot guarantee absolute security.

11 Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

10jl is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the potential harms associated with gambling. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account.
• Session Time Limits: Set reminders or hard limits on your gaming session duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 30 days).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the duration of the exclusion period.

Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to re-register or access the Platform during their exclusion period. 10jl will take reasonable steps to enforce self-exclusion but cannot guarantee that all access attempts will be blocked.

12 Account Suspension and Termination

10jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

Upon account closure, any verified balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any bonus funds subject to forfeiture) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may close your 10jl account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any pending withdrawal requests at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course.

13 Amendments to These Terms

10jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 10jl will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12 above.

14 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and 10jl, you agree to first contact 10jl's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. 10jl will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably within 30 days of receiving written notice of the dispute.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent 10jl from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
